DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The work consists primarily of constructing, repairing, and/or removing and replacing Portland cement concrete (PCC) curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, alley entrances, curbs, gutters, masonry or cast-in-place retaining walls related to accessible ramps, and pavements; pruning roots and trees in conjunction with other improvements; removing trees; excavation; grading; and concrete and bituminous pavement removal. The Work may also include incidental repairs, adjustments, or reconstruction of publicowned water, sewer, storm drain facilities, curb painting and pavement markings and, if damaged during other Work, repair of private property irrigation systems.
