the following: “2025 Line Painting Project” on various roads in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County 130,574 LF of 4” Double Yellow Center Lines 5,702 LF of 4” Single White Ed All perspective bidders should inspect the project before bidding. For further information contact Robby Cressley, Road Foreman, at 610-826- 2522 opt. 2 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Lower Towamensing Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Lower Towamensing Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
