The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced standards and includes but not limited to new construction or reconstruction of various sections of cement concrete sidewalks, cement concrete driveway aprons, pedestrian curb ramps conforming to ADA/AAB requirements, removing and resetting existing granite curbing, edging, or precast concrete curbing, and installing new precast concrete or granite curbing or edging. Additionally, included are minor utility alterations, including adjusting drainage, sanitary, and water structures, tree and or root trimming or pruning, fence removing, resetting, and replacing, pavement markings, resetting signs, safety controls and signage for construction operations, and all other incidental items. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and completed within the identified bid items at various locations within the Town of Fairhaven as directed by the BPW Highway Superintendent.
