Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Deadline for Submitting Questions Friday, August 8, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m. The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced standards and includes but not limited to random crack sealing, fog sealing, micro surfacing, cape sealing, cold in place recycling and other relevant items as specified herein. Incidental to this work are safety controls and signage for construction operations, and all other incidental items to complete the work. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and completed within the identified bid items at various locations within the Town of Fairhaven as directed by the BPW Highway Superintendent. The Town of Fairhaven reserves the right to change, modify, increase or decrease the limits of work, and change the method of pavement preservation at its discretion. The Town also reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities of items without renegotiation of unit prices. 2025 Pavement Preservation and Related Work Contract includes but not limited to random crack sealing, fog sealing, micro surfacing, cape sealing, cold in place recycling, material sampling and other relevant items as specified herein
