Award of Contract August 2025 Deadline for Submitting Questions Friday, August 8, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m. Direct all inquiries to Joshua Crabb, Highway Superintendent, Town of Fairhaven, 508-979-4031. The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced standards and includes but not limited to pavement mill and overlay, full depth pavement reclamation, pavement overlays, and HMA curb and/or berm work along various roadways throughout Town. Incidental to this work are safety controls and signage for construction operations, and all other incidental items. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and completed within the identified bid items at various locations within the Town of Fairhaven as directed by the BPW Highway Superintendent. The Town of Fairhaven reserves the right to change, modify, increase or decrease the limits of work, and change the method of roadway restoration at its discretion. The Town also reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities of items without renegotiation of unit prices. Contractor Qualification Highway Division 2025 Road Rehabilitation and Related Work Contract includes but not limited to pavement mill and overlay, full depth pavement reclamation, pavement overlays, and HMA curb and/or berm work along various roadways throughout Town
