Reference Number 0000298867 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/06 12:00:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum Provide floor protection and maintain cleanliness in common hallways. Obtain any required permits. Clean and re-install window drapes. Clean all lens covers for light fixtures being reset. All coax and data lines require new terminations. Verification of Fire Alarm devices by a qualified technician to be included in bid. Remove and dispose of any debris. The intent of this scope is to repair the affected areas to their preexisting condition with code upgrades to all relevant areas. The successful general contractor will take care and control of the site upon being awarded the project. All attached drawings are for pricing and reference purposes only. The successful general contractor will be responsible for obtaining all drawings/permits including, but not limited to, Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, Survey, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. All associated costs are to be included in the bid submission. The assemblies are to be followed for pricing purposes.
