City of Ellsworth is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre- construction and construction services for the addition of the multi-purpose addition to the Ellsworth City Hall. The Selected CMAR Will Need to Coordinate Their Services and Work With City Staff and the City's Selected Architectural Firm for the Project, Falls Architect, During Both Pre-construction and Construction Phases of the Project.
