The St. Clair Township, St. Clair, County, Illinois, will receive material quotations for the supply of redi-mix concrete for fiscal year 2025. The material quotation should be in effect for St. Clair Township's 2025 fiscal year, which ends in May 2026. The material quotation is for an indefinite quantity of redi-mix concrete at the time of need. Delivery of redi-mix concrete will be within the St. Clair Township limits, St. Clair County, Illinois. Materials shall be in accordance with the IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, edition in effect at the time of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. If a proposer would like to withdraw their bid they shall submit a registered letter, 5 days before the end of the month, listing the revised pricing, that pricing will go into effect from that point going forward or the Township may elect to resolicit for new proposals. The St. Clair Township, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding
