The City requires Contractor support for propane and tank delivery to the address listed in the solicitation. The Contractor shall provide the tank, be responsible for propane tank maintenance and repairs, provide propane gas refills, and will be required to remove the tank at the conclusion of the contract term. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. 3. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall perform the following tasks: I. Propane Tank Delivery and Retrieval a. Within 60 days of contract award, the Contractor shall deliver and install a propane tank with an approximately 1,000 gallon capacity with standard commercial fill nozzle. b. Uninstall and remove the propane tank immediately upon the conclusion of the contract term. II. Equipment Lease/Maintenance/Repair a. A maintenance schedule shall be provided and implemented by the Contractor to ensure regulatory compliant operation and condition of the propane tank. b. Within 24-hours of being notified of a needed repair, the Contractor shall respond and initiate repair services. Work under this Agreement shall be for five years.
