Single Stream Co-Mingled Recyclable Materials The University of Kentucky (UK) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a price contract for accepting, processing, sorting and marketing UK's single stream (comingled) recyclable materials, with reimbursement for the value of the material or with charge for processing the material. The University is also seeking proposals for hauling and accepting separated recyclable materials. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University. The contract resulting from this RFP shall be effective for a One-year period, when the appropriate approval signatures are affixed and is renewable for up to Four (4) additional one-year renewal periods. During the initial one-year period, the University will not accept any price increases. Annual renewal shall be contingent upon the University's satisfaction with the services performed.
