Non-professional services includes the use of under bridge cranes and traffic control. Proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles per manufacturer specifications is required. Bids are invited upon the following: Supply under-bridge inspection access and maintenance & traffic protection services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder. The structures to be inspected range in size and complexity with spans located over a railroad and waterways. Work will be completed on weekdays during daylight hours. Services will be provided in September 2025. Workdays will be consecutive and will be subject to weather conditions. Larson Design Group reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days required or structures inspected for Non-Professional Services as necessary for the successful completion of work. Bids may be held by the Engineer for a period not to exceed thirty days from date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
