The project generally consists of the resurfacing of basketball and tennis courts at the Bradley Beach Recreation Center. Approximate construction quantities include 1,700 SY of Hot Mix Asphalt milling, 210 TN of HMA Surface Course, 700 LF of chain-link fence Fabric, 290 LF of concrete flush curb, drainage improvements, park amenities, and other associated work. A bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid may be substituted for certified check, except the amount of the bid security shall not be less than $500.00 - nor more than $20,000.00.
