Sealed bids are being received for the Boiler Accessory Equipment Upgrades at Bradley Beach Elementary School. All bidders must use and complete all bid forms and must comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be marked in a sealed envelope with the name of the project, and hand delivered or sent via courier service to the specified address. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, not exceeding $20,000.00. All bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and provide a Certificate of Registration for both Bidder and all subcontractors. Bids must also be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate for both the Bidder and all subcontractors. Bidders must comply with all anti-discrimination, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action requirements as specified by New Jersey statutes. No bidder on the State Treasurer's or Federal Government's List of Debarred, Suspended, or Disqualified Bidders is eligible. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements, and no bid shall be deemed accepted until formal resolution adoption by the Bradley Beach Board of Education. Any request for information or clarification must be received by the architect in writing on or before Wednesday January 28, 2026, by 4:30pm.
