Reference Number 0000423589 The project generally consists of the extension of Bradley Beachs Promenade boardwalk to include steel bulkhead sheeting installation, concrete paver walkway, benches, timber piles, ADA ramps and beach stair access, shower stations, and landscaping and lighting improvements. Bidders are advised that this project is funded jointly by the Borough of Bradley Beach, and NJDCA Boardwalk Preservation Fund. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid payable without any conditional endorsement as a guarantee that in case the contract is awarded to the bidder, he will within ten (10) days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. The Borough Council of the Borough of Bradley Beach reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A.
