A new free-standing two-story baseball and softball building. The concession and public restrooms on the first floor and Press box on the second floor. The site improvements include but not limited to new ADA parking spaces, new fences around the new facility, grading, drainage etc. New HVAC system. New LED light fixture for the building and the parking lot. Minor questions that do not interpret or modify the Bidding Documents will be accepted by telephone. 2. Questions that require an interpretation or modification of Bidding Documents shall be e-mailed to Architect. 3. Answers to questions that require modification of the Bidding Documents will be in the form of an Addendum. Submit questions NO LATER than five (5) working days before date bids are received. Summary of Work: 1. Owner has established that this Project shall include proactive measures for waste management by all parties to Contract. 2. Purpose of this Program is to make sure that during the course of Project all diligent means are employed to pursue practical and economically feasible waste management and recycling options through active cooperation of Contractor, subcontractors, material suppliers, and Owner. 3. Purpose of this Program is to generate the least amount of waste possible and put in place processes that make sure the generation of as little waste as possible due to error, poor planning, breakage, mishandling, contamination, or other factors. 4. Waste disposal in landfills shall be minimized to greatest extent possible. 5. A goal has been set to divert a minimum of 50% (by weight) of waste generated from this project from the landfill. 6. Information gathered and quantified under this specification section shall be used as documentating and reporting quantifying materials diverted from landfills. Question Deadline 08/12/2025
