Reference Number 0000299019 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/12 11:00:00 AM EDT Pricing Lump sum This Request for Procurement (the "RFP") by the Township of South Glengarry invites Quotations from qualifies Bidders for the provision of snow clearing of parking lots and walkways at Township owned facilities. The scope of work for this RFQ is further described below: a) Provide snow clearing and ice melt services in accordance with the parking lot and walkway requirements provided in Appendix A. b) Supply a list of 24/7 emergency contact information to enable the Township to contact operators if needed. c) Sidewalks and Pathways equipment must have a maximum blade size of 4-feet, a snowblower, and a salter. The salter must have the ability to be turn off during spot salting operations. d) Road equipment must have a maximum blade size of 10-feet. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
