Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

Replace existing Salt and Sand Structure Indian Owned, minority-owned, or women-owned business participation is encouraged. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to acquire all necessary licenses and permits prior to commencement of work and to comply with all applicable Tribal, City, County, State and Federal Laws, regulations and codes. The Contractor shall be responsible for any/all types of insurance, tax, permit, fee, license, or other expense(s) required due to his services under this contract, unless otherwise stated herein. If applicable any/all construction material used within this contract is subject to Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Tribal Jurisdiction and reporting of such will be directly to the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony. The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC) reserves the right to accept or refuse any and or all proposals. PURPOSE The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC), in accordance with Tribal procedures, is requesting proposals from individuals or firms to replace existing Salt and Sand Structure located at the Hungry Valley Public Works Area at 9070 Eagle Canyon Dr, Sparks, Washoe County, Nevada. The RSIC is requesting proposals from individuals or firms to remove and replace existing salt and sand structure located at the Hungry Valley Public Works Area, 9070 Eagle Canyon Dr. Sparks, Washoe County, Nevada. More specifically, proposer shall provide a formal quote detailing product description and quantities, complete company contact information including salespersons name and contact information, pricing and delivery options for the sale and delivery, including the removal and disposal of the current salt and sand structure and installation of new salt and sand structure unit. The scope shall also include installation and the blueprint and allow a loader to pass through the roll up door. Also, the roll up door and structure shall have allowable space for a dump truck to pass through and its bed raised to drop materials. New storage unit must meet the following requirements: Removal of the existing salt and sand structure and disposing it. Replace with a new structure of similar specifications or slightly larger. Preferred 60'(L) by 60'(W) by 30'(H) The 60x60 structure will be place on the existing asphalt. Include 4 feet walls inside the sand and salt structure and leaving the inside of the structure plain asphalt. The type of structure is a tensioned fabric building. No alternative type of building. The new salt and sand structure shall be provided with (1) normal door, (1) roll up door and a RSIC logo. A manual roll up door shall be: 22' (H) and 18' (W). No electric running to the building. Install 2 or more gravity ventilators or the necessary proper ventilation. Need passive device(s) to deal with the pressure of the wind when opening/closing the door and roll up door. Building material shall be made from military grade, corrosion resistant aluminum substructure. Outer cover shall be made from architectural membrane with polyurethane coating, tan color. Membranes are water mildew resistance, insect proof and flame retardant. Would also withstand extreme climatic variations and contain ultra-violet inhibitor to reduce degradation by the sun's rays. - Include building plans. Mechanical Plan provided to RSIC will be used as specifications in the request for bids (RFB) to replace the existing salt and sand structure at the location listed above. Proposer must state warranty terms for proposed replacement. RSIC desires a standard five-year parts and one-year labor warranty. Provide details for extended warranty plus any additional warranty and/or product support.
