Site work for a water / sewer project in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of the rehabilitation of the existing 3.4 MG effluent tank located at the Golden Eagle Regional Park. The rehabilitation will address the interior of the tank by abrasive blasting and recoating with a three-coat epoxy coating system to the roof and rafters, and abrasive blasting and recoating with a 100% solids epoxy coating system to the shell and floor. Bids must be submitted in sealed form, clearly marked, and delivered to the designated address by the specified deadline. Bids sent via internet or email will not be considered. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required, and a current Contractor's License under Nevada State Law for the specified type of work is mandatory. Bid documents and specifications can be obtained from the City of Sparks website. It is the responsibility of all bidders to monitor the website for any updates prior to submission. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid process. Work is to begin after all executed contract documents have been submitted and upon notification to proceed.
