Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to drill, construct, develop, and test pump one production well via the dual rotary air reverse drilling method. The Sunrise Estates Well 04 will be a 10.75-inch diameter 0.250-inch wall well made of 304L stainless steel casing and screen, with an estimated total depth of 250 feet, screened from 135 feet to 190 feet and 200 feet to 240 feet with a SiLibead gravel pack. Total drilled depth is 260 feet. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of, but not limited to, furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles, and furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and performing all work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents Any minor work not specifically mentioned in the specifications or shown in the Contract or Technical Specifications, but necessary for the proper completion of the work shall be considered as being part of and included in the Contract. The work shall be executed in the proper manner and the Contractor shall not be entitled to extra or additional compensation for the same.
