Renovation of an educational facility in Sparks, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Washoe County School District is soliciting architectural firms for the Sparks High School Modernization Project. The services will be provided in two (2) phases. Phase 1 shall include programming, feasibility, and concept design while Phase 2 will consist of full architecture/engineering design services in collaboration with a Construction Manager at Risk. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Washoe County School District Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
