Renovation of an educational facility in Sparks, Nevada. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 15, 2026, an architect has been selected and the CIP that this project is a part of has been approved. Individual plans and funding will still need to be approved separately for each project. Solicitations for CMAR will go out in late 2026/early 2027. After a construction manager is awarded, they will collaborate with the architect on design. A construction timeline will be determined upon design completion. Interested parties may register on the owner's website at https://solicitations.washoeschools.net/, to be notified of bidding when a solicitation is released.
