Washoe County Regional Parks and Open Space is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to the County for the Lazy 5 Regional Park Master Plan Update. This plan will set the framework for decision-makers in the planning, maintenance and development of the park's recreation facilities, amenities, programs, trail connectivity and open space for the next 10-20 years. Proactive public outreach and engagement with the Washoe County community will be a fundamental component of this Master Plan Update.
