Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of December 4th, 2025, the project was awarded to Anchor Concrete, with an awarded amount of $527,675.75** The work performed under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of landscaping, planters, pavers, sidewalk, electrical, lighting, irrigation, and all appurtenant work necessary to complete the project as stated in the plans and bid specifications. The location of the work is along the south side of the 1300 block of Victorian Avenue in the City of Sparks. Instructions to bidders include submitting written sealed bids to the Capital Projects Manager at 431 Prater Way, Sparks, Nevada, no later than 1:45 PM on the specified due date. Bids may not be submitted via Internet or email. Bids are to be clearly marked on the outside and may be delivered in person to the City Hall lobby or placed in the Purchasing Department's physical dropbox/mailbox in the same location. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required, and all prospective bidders must possess a current Contractor's License under Nevada State Law for the type of work specified.
