Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Removal of four (4) existing steam boilers from kitchen cook-chill kettles, all associated utilities, drains, and flues. Connect existing kitchen cook-chill kettles to a new "house" steam system including new steam piping, condensate piping, steam traps, condensate receiver, flash tank etc. Install two (2) new steam boilers, condensate receiver, feedwater tank, boiler blowdown, all associated piping and appurtenances, boiler flues, etc. to provide one hundred (100) PSI steam to the existing cook-chill kettles.
