Renovation of a water / sewer project in Preston, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for the plumbing and electrical renovations to the Choptank Marina located in Preston, Maryland. Specifications and standards shall consist of plumbing and electrical improvements for the new piers. The work under this contract shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and clean-up necessary to renovate the plumbing and electrical systems serving the new piers. Project No: 240460 The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: Furnishing all the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace electrical systems, plumbing systems, equipment, piping, wiring, and conduit. The pier design is being performed by Lane Engineering, LLC The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: o Furnishing all the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace electrical systems, plumbing systems, equipment, piping, wiring, and conduit. o The pier design is being performed by Lane Engineering, LLC.
