As of 8/29/2025 no bids were received. A. Work Included 1. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the refurbishment of the existing equipment within the Control Building Lower-Level Pump Room at the White River Junction Wastewater Treatment Facility. 2. The following items shall be replaced under this project: glycol make-up unit, heat pump loop expansion tank, Dehumidifier, HVAC process water pump motors, process water pressure tank, and process water fill valve. B. Glycol Make-Up Unit 1. Basis of Design is a Wessels #GMP 13050. The unit shall have a make-up capacity of 1.8 GPM at 85 psig. The unitshall have a 50-gallon capacity reservoir and shall be packaged with a pump, pressure tank, valves and controls. 2. Glycol Make-Up Unit shall be provided with 1/3 HP motor with 115 V, 1 Phase power. 3. The installed Glycol Make-Up unit shall be pre-set with an internal pressure reducing valve set to 19 PSIG. 4. Re-piping shall be completed with Type L, drawn copper tubing and press-fit fittings and joints. Annealed Temper copper tubing shall comply with ASTM Spec B88 and fittings shall comply with ANSI B16.22. The Town of Hartford is accepting sealed bids for mechanical improvements to its Wastewater Treatment Facility in White River Junction, VT. The improvements consist of the replacement of the Process Water System. The White River Junction Wastewater Treatment facility located at 319 Latham Works Lane experienced a flooding event due to failure of the facility's water system. While temporary repairs have been completed, the facility is seeking proposals for replacement of damaged equipment and modification of the failed components to prevent future failure.
