The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Reinforced Concrete Pipe and Structures on an on call, as needed basis for various locations within the Bedford Residency in the counties of Bedford and Franklin. The Contractor shall have access to an adequate level of inventory to ensure delivery service for the duration of the Contract. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Michelle Braxton at michelle2.braxton@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 4:00 PM EST on July 31, 2025. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through one (1) year. (Renewable)
