Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bowie, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Bowie is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace an existing rooftop unit (RTU N) with a new Trane packaged rooftop unit of equivalent size and capacity. The scope of work includes demolition, installation, gas piping modifications, controls integration, final testing, and commissioning. The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB. Prospective bidders that obtain this document from any source other than Bid Locker, should immediately register with Bid Locker to ensure receipt of addenda and other communications regarding this solicitation. Each bidder or prospective bidder must refer to the Bid Locker website for any available amendments, addenda, cancellations, and additional information regarding this IFB Question Deadline 08/07/2025 at 11:00 AM ET - All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at online. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Wednesday, August 13, 2025, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.
