Design and construct a Student Planning/Briefing Facility within the TA8 training complex at Naval Technical Training Center, JBSA Lackland AFB. Construction will include one 2,220 SF building with an optional retractable room partition and optional audio/visual infrastructure. Building construction will include all foundation, framing, roof, and building envelope. Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01. This project must comply with DoD Antiterrorism/force protection requirements per UFC 4-010-01. This Student Briefing Building was previously included in the TA8 Phase 2 solicitation, which was issued in August 2023. At that time, it was bid as a separate CLIN and has remained unchanged since. If you submitted a bid during that phase, updating the pricing should be simple. The Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The bidder shall furnish a bid guarantee in the form of a firm commitment, e.g., bid bond supported by good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the Government, postal money order, certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or, under Treasury Department regulations, certain bonds or notes of the United States. The Contracting Officer will return bid guarantees, other than bid bonds, (1) to unsuccessful bidders as soon as practicable after the opening of bids, and (2) to the successful bidder upon execution of contractual documents and bonds (including any necessary coinsurance or reinsurance agreements), as required by the bid as accepted.- The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20% percent of the bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less
