Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm fixed price contract for commercial services under Solicitation #FA487725QA505, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. The requirement includes CLIN 0001 for carpet and rubber flooring removal at installation, and CLIN 0002 for adhesive cost, all in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS Code 326299 with a size standard of 650 employees. Quotes will be evaluated based on lowest price and technical acceptability, with no consideration of past performance. Technical acceptability is defined as the quoters capability to meet or exceed the specifications of the requested products. A site visit is not anticipated. All questions must be submitted by 2pm AST on August 7, 2025, and quotes by 2pm AST on August 12, 2025. The government reserves the right to make multiple or no awards. Attachments include the Statement of Work, Wage Determination, and applicable provisions and clauses. Location: Davis-Monthan Air Force Base
