This federally funded project will construct the Interior Alaska Veterans Cemetery facility in Salcha, Alaska. Work includes site grading, fencing, roadways, parking areas, walkways, site utilities, and construction of cemetery, administration, and maintenance facilities. The contract includes six (6) additive alternates for construction of various facility components described in the specifications and drawings. The Engineers Estimate is between $10,000,000and $20,000,000 All work shall be substantially completed by September 30, 2027 To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid.
