Site work for a water / sewer project in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes construction of a new storm water detention facility; stream restoration; storm sewer piping; sanitary sewer replacement; outlet structure; erosion and sediment controls; fencing; restoration; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The bid must be accompanied by a certified bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township of Scott. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Work for the project shall be accomplished by separate prime contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. Work included in each of the prime contracts shall include but not be limited to the following: 1. General Construction and Storm Sewer System Improvements (Contract No. 25-ST01 - 2025 Storm Sewer Improvements (Phase 2)) consisting of the construction of a new stormwater detention facility; stream restoration; storm sewer piping; sanitary sewer replacement; outlet structure; erosion and sediment controls; fencing; restoration; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction.
