Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Independence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Manor Hill Sidewalk Project The City of Independence is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bid. Manor Hill Subdivision has missing sections of sidewalk that need to be installed, see attached addresses for sections that need sidewalk installed, there is a total of 1538 linear feet that needs installed. The areas will need excavated, formed, poured, seeded, and strawed. Bids will close August 18th and winning bid will go to council September 8th to be awarded, Work can begin after September 8th and be completed before November 1st. Question Submission Deadline:August 13, 2025, 1:30pm
