Project includes but is not limited to, site clearing and grubbing, grading, saw cutting existing asphalt, subbase and base preparation, drainage features, aggregate base installation, asphalt paving and rock barriers installation. Contractor to complete and obtain the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan permit and encroachment permits (if applicable). The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000 Period of Performance: 09/15/2025 to 03/18/2026 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Project is located at China Wall Staging Area approximately 14 miles north-east of the American River Ranger District Office along Foresthill Road on the Tahoe National Forest in Placer County, California.
