Proof of Contracting Trade(s) License(s) for the State of Michigan. 2. Proof of Insurance requirements as listed in Section IV. 3. A history of the company's experience providing general contracting services to municipalities, other government entities and private developers. 4. A description of the company's organizational structure. 5. Samples of projects that the company has completed in the area of General Contracting Services. Please include the client, the name of the contact person who is able to provide a reference, a description of the nature of the work, and the size and complexity of the project. 6. Any other information that you believe would make the company's work beneficial to the scope of work contained in this RFP.
