Winnebago County desires to secure a Consultant to provide planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction services for the Wiouwash Trail. Any addendum issued as a result of any change to this RFP as originally posted shall become a part of the RFP and all shall be acknowledged by a Proposer as part of their submittal or an individual proposal may be deemed non-responsive. At the time an individual addendum is released, all online users following this RFP will be automatically emailed a notification regarding such addendum. It shall be the Consultant's responsibility to check for any addenda issued as part of this RFP. All addenda issued as part of this RFP will be posted on the County's at online. Please submit a proposal with the following services to provide the design, planning, and construction services for trail improvements proposed within this request for proposal. Further details of the proposed site improvements of the project can be found on Exhibit B (Trail Locations and Maps) and on Exhibit C (Trail Reroute by New York Avenue). Consultants must follow the guidelines set forth by any grants or private donations that the County receives for this project. The timeline below is flexible depending on fundraising efforts, grants, and Parks and Recreation Committee approval processes. The goal of this project is to have it constructed and completed by the end of 2026. All proposals submitted shall be binding for ninety (90) calendar days unless the Consultant(s), upon request of the County, agree to the extension.
