The Project consists of but not limited to: Liquid applied restoration of the existing roof at the Newbury Elementary School. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Roofing, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount The successful bidder must also furnish performance and payment bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price, issued by a surety company satisfactory to the TOWN OF NEWBURY.
