As of August 7, 2025, The City of Bridgeport hereby cancels the Invitation to Bid on this project. The City may reissue the Invitation to Bid for the project at a future date. 500,000 Gallon Reservoir Recoating and Repair Furnishing thenecessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the500,000 Gallon Reservoir Recoating and Repair. Complete surface preparation and recoatthe interior of a 500,000 gallon welded steel reservoir. Complete required metal repairs priorpainting. A temporary 15,000 gallon water storage tank and associated piping and controlswill need to be installed prior to taking the tank out of service. The Work shall besubstantially complete within 100 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All Proposals mustbe accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Bridgeport" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) ofthe total Proposal amount. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. Financing of the Project has been provided by theEnvironmental Protection Agency and the City of Bridgeport, Washington. The City of Bridgeport expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
