Site work for a mixed-use development in Palmetto Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Bill Sadowski Park - 17555 Southwest 79th Avenue, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157 Scope of Work. Work required may include, but is not limited to the following trades: Site-work, Carpentry, Reinforcing Steel, Masonry, Concrete Placing, Asphalt, Site Grading, Painting, Landscaping, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc. CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including but not limited to: Demolition and associated footings within the Construction Documents, installation of new playground equipment / components / foundations, benches, boulders, construction of mounds, installation of logs, and other amenities, Utility Infrastructure- site furniture, landscaping. Contractor to obtain and submit signed and sealed shop drawings for all playground equipment and not limited to the shelter structure to the Agencies having jurisdiction for approval . All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by 08/28/2025 to Penelope.Quintas@miamidade.gov and copy the Clerk of the Board at clerkbcc@miamidade.gov SBE-G&S: 5.0% CALENDAR DAYS: 300 PROJECT ESTIMATE(S): Contract Base: $1,185,513.00 CONTRACT No EDP-PSA-2024, 25-02
