The Work of Project consists of renovation of a fire-damaged building. It is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited to, the following 1. Replacement of existing MEP systems and fixtures with new UFAS compliant MEP systems and fixtures. 2. Replacement of existing residential bathroom accessories with new UFAS compliant residential bathroom accessories. 3. Replacement of existing interior kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops with new UFAS compliant interior kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. 4. Replacement of existing kitchen appliances with new UFAS compliant kitchen appliances. 5. Replacement of existing interior finishes with new UFAS compliant interior finishes, including interior floors, wall base, and interior paint. 6. Replacement of existing interior door hardware with new UFAS compliant interior door hardware. 7. Replacement of existing metal stud/gypsum board partitions with new metal stud/gypsum board partitions. 8. Replacement of existing interior wood doors and hollow-metal frames with new interior wood doors and hollow-metal frames. 9. Replacement of existing residential appliances with new UFAS compliant residential appliances. 10. Replacement of existing plastic laminate cabinets and countertops with new plastic laminate cabinets and countertops. 11. Off-site disposal of all removed materials. B. Type of Contract: 1.
