East Washington Heights (Harborview Towers) 379 East Washington Ave VE Scope Review Alternate products for plumbing and electrical fixtures, HVAC, windows, flooring 1. Eliminate front entrance addition 2. Sidewalks to remain 3. Eliminate fitness equipment 4. Eliminate sails 5. Eliminate surfacing 6. Existing brick to remain: - Scope change: Starting at the top of the building, we need to cut a movement joint in below each relieving angle, this can be a sawcut, removing a whole brick, or removing a brick and replacing it with a smaller brick, depending on the required finish. The relieving angles should be cleaned of corrosion and painted. Weep holes to be added above and below angles. - Unit price: (price per brick) Bricks above relieving angle should be sounded and any cracked (dullsounding) bricks should be replaced. Weep holes to be added above and below angles. 7. Wood base changed to vinyl base 8. Eliminate exterior drywall, ceilings and furring, leave CMU - A1.2 reference EX(x) for exterior wall locations 9. Sprinkler System: At new ACT ceiling relocate heads, provide new heads throughout. 10. HVAC: Alt PTAC unit 11. Plumbing: Existing water risers to remain
