Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 242-unit multi-residential development.
LIHTC Project - East Washington Heights Project scope includes but is not limited to renovation of an existing 13-story masonry building and associated work. The renovation will include rehabilitation of all units with new kitchens, replacement of gas stoves with electric, bathroom fixture updates, LVT flooring throughout, low/no VOC paints, VCT tiles with asbestos will be abated, 24 units will be converted to fully accessible units, all will receive upgraded heating and air units and the facility will receive upgraded lighting and electric service. Plans also call for renovations of common spaces to include new finishes in hallways and elevators, reconfiguration of the community room, and construction of a new and expanded building entrance and lobby, complete replacement of the exterior brick facade and installation of high performance windows.
