Site work for a water / sewer project in Medway, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The District is procuring under this bid two (2) above ground 6,000 gallons steel heating oil double wall tanks. See Attachment A for the stamped drawings of the heating oil tanks. The tanks shall have the following 24 plate tight bolt manway Two (2) 6" or 8" emergency valve (primary and secondary) 2 outer shell monitor pipe for interstitial monitoring Six (6) 4" fitting ports 3 x 3 Plate with 1/2 hole on centerline grounding lug Four (4) Tank Saddles or Skid Pad This procurement does not include any additional equipment (i.e. radar, overfill prevention valve, etc). Heating Oil Tanks The Charles River Pollution Control District (District), a water pollution abatement district established pursuant to provisions of M.G.L. c 21 28, 29 and 30, is soliciting bids under Chapter 30B M.G.L. for two (2) 6,000 gallon steel double walled heating oil tanks. The Deadline for Questions under this procurement is August 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM (Local Time). All questions must be in writing and forwarded to the District. Questions received after the above day, date and time will not be addressed. Questions shall be sent by email to Janice Healy, Administrative Clerk -jhealy@charlesriverpcd.org. Questions and answers will be issued to all Bidders by addendum three (3) business days prior to the receipt of Bids.
