A. In general, the Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, temporary protection, tools, and appliances necessary for the proper completion of the work as required in the Specifications, in accordance with good construction practice, and as required by the materials manufacturer, as amended. B. The work under this project generally includes an HVAC systems design for three (3) new replacement high-efficiency gas-fired condensing hot water boilers with primary circulator pumps and main header piping to replace the three (3) existing boilers with associated primary circulator pumps. The new boilers shall connect to existing hot water piping and associated primary circulator pumps and pump distribution secondary system. The new boiler plant will be provided with a new direct digital control system with a BACnet protocol, and the new boiler plant controls will be integrated into the existing building management system. C. The three (3) boilers are individually vented through the roof and have a combustion air louver through the roof. D. Furnish all staging, rigging, temporary support, labor, materials, and perform all operations in connection with the installation of the project scope. E. The building is to be commissioned and the Contractor shall provide all labor required to fully test and demonstrate that all systems operate as designed. F. Examine and coordinate with all other sections of the specifications for the requirements that affect work of the project scope, including coordination of work with all other trades. G. Supply all necessary chutes, disposal facilities, transportation, and labor necessary to dispose of all demolished materials, dirt, and debris off-site in a legal dumping area. Each Contractor and sub-contractor shall obtain all permits necessary to transport and dispose of all materials, rubbish, and debris impacted by their scope of work. H. Provide and maintain temporary protection of all building components designated to remain or new components installed throughout the duration of construction.
