Questions Due Date: Aug 18th 2025, 3:00 PM EDT Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal The City of Williamsport and the Williamsport Bureau of Fire (known henceforth as "WBF") invites and welcomes Bids/Proposals for facility improvements of the item(s) listed below: 1. Ceiling title replacement in "living quarters" and administrative offices and hallways. 2. All existing replacement ceiling tiles are to be removed and replaced with new "BLACK" titles and grids. PA Prevailing Wage applies to this project as necessary. A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder's maximum bid price is required to be accompanied with a Bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid. This Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The objective and ultimate goal for this project is to replace all existing ceiling tiles in the fire department "living quarters" and administrative offices with new black tiles.", "Bidder will provide a proposal to remove and replace all existing ceiling tiles in the specified area(s) with new black ceiling tiles and grids if necessary
