PA 1610 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening The Lawrence County Commissioners hereby invite electronic bids for the 2025 Lawrence County Corrections Elevator Modernization Project.Bid must be upon forms furnished by Lawrence County Corrections. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, made payable to Lawrence County. The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept any bid, which in their judgment may prove to be in the best interest of the taxpayer, and also reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in, or reject any or all bids.
