The Purpose of This Project is to Replace Three Structures on Highways 185 and 318 in Phillips County. This Project Consisits of Clearing and Grubbing, Removal and Disposal of Pipe Culverts, Stone Backfill, Earthwork, Aggregate BASE Course, Achm Binder and Surface Courses, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Maintenance of Traffic, Minor Drainage, Erosion Control, Pavement Marking, Construct Three R.c. Box Culverts (Total Length 128.50'), and Misc Items.
