Edifice LLC is the Construction Manager at Risk for the Burke County Public Schools New Eastern Elementary School. The new school will be approximately 110,000 SF. The building will replace the existing Hildebran Elementary which will remain in operations during construction of the new school. The school will be constructed as a two-story structure serving Pre-K, and K-5 students. The building program will include 40 classrooms, dining, kitchen, office media center, theater, and athletic field spaces for the school.
