Provide all manufacturer-engineered shop drawings and structural calculations required for fabrication and permitting. Obtain all permits required for construction, if applicable. Furnish and install all structural steel framing, roof system, wall panels, trim, flashing, fasteners, anchors, and accessories necessary for a complete installation. Construct reinforced concrete foundations and footings in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements. Provide a three-sided structure consisting of a roof, rear wall, two side walls, and an open front for unrestricted equipment access. Provide a minimum clear height of 16 feet. Install protective steel bollards at each front column. Coordinate construction activities with the City. Protect existing utilities and facilities. Restore all disturbed areas upon completion. Remove and properly dispose of all construction debris. Leave the site clean and ready for use.
