Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

** As of September 2, 2025 project is expected to award on September 10th, 2025.** The scope of Work contemplated for the above named Project includes improvements to portions of several roadways in Colts Neck Township to include milling; concrete curb; storm drainage improvements; driveway reconstruction; installation of HMA base course and surface course; SESC; roadway striping;and yard restoration as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary forcompletion of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. A ll Work on this Contract shall be completed within 75 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The portions of the roadways included within this project are Tory Court,Candlewick Way, Holly Tree Lane, Deer Path Lane, Forest Way, Timber Lane, Maplecrest Lane, Millbrook Lane, Stoney Creek Road, Thunder lane, p/o Primrose Lane and any additional portions of roadways decided to be added within the Township. The provided Bid Packet must be completed in the manner designated in the Contract Documents, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder and the name of the Project on the outside and must be addressed to Trina Lindsey, RMC, Township Clerk, Colts Neck Township. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bondor a Certified Check drawn to the order of "Colts Neck Township" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed$20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The award of the Contract for this Project will not be made unless and until the necessary funds have been provided by Colts Neck Township in a lawful manner. All Bidders shall visit the Site of Work and examine the means of access to the Site in orderto become familiar with local conditions that may in any manner affect the cost, progress or performance ofthe Work. Bidders shall make all investigations to become thoroughly informed as to the character and magnitude of all work involved in the complete execution of the Contract, includingfacilities for delivery and handling of material, obstructions, if any, and difficulties that may be encountered in the performance of the Work. Pre-bid site visits are not mandatory but recommended. Colts Neck Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. An award will be made, or Bid Packets will be rejected within sixty (60) Calendar Days after the opening of the Bid Packets.
