Brainerd Public Utilities (BPU) is seeking proposals from qualified interested parties to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the Filter Backwash Reclamation Project. The project will consist of constructing a new backwash reclaim tank with a chemical room, electrical room, mechanical room, pumps, piping, and associated yardwork. The electrical and controls system for the plant will also be improved. The scope of work will be adjusted to meet the BPU budget. Brainerd Public Utilities plans to retain a CMAR firm to facilitate the cost evaluation, design, constructability, scheduling, and sequencing of work for the efficient use and proper allocation of available funds.
