The project consists of installation of nine (9) gates on three (3) basins (3 gates/tank) including supplying anchors, grout, etc. The gates have been purchased by the City and are on-site for the installation. The basins will be completed individually to maintain plant operations. A pre-bid meeting is NOT scheduled. Question Deadline 08/25/2025 at 1:00 PM ET - Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the online. Questions submitted outside of online will not be answered. The Contractor shall be reguired to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio for Building Construction. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney
